After overwhelming interest in 2022, this year’s experience has been expanded to include a curated Mezcal tasting as well as the opportunity to bid on a once in a lifetime Yucatán Culinary Experience – an exclusive 4 day / 3 night journey through Southern Mexico’s vibrant culture, stunning beauty and incredible cuisine sponsored by Hands Offering Hope’s Culinary Advisory Board.

“This annual event brings together the best culinary skill of Fairfield County,” said Scott Lawton, founder and CEO of bartaco. “We get to enjoy amazing food while being a part of creating the future for young culinary leaders who otherwise would not have a chance to succeed.”

This year’s event is sponsored in part by bartaco, Sysco, CNI Brands, Pepsico, Dave’s Gourmet Paletas, Scratch Baking, and Black Hog Brewing.
